Students who have lawyers in their families often gain early exposure through conversations, mentorship, and opportunities. Others may not receive that same exposure until much later.
This guide was created to help bridge that gap.
The Future Lawyer Roadmap is a free guide that explains what students can begin doing from middle school through post-graduate years to gain exposure to the legal field. Its purpose is not to prescribe a specific path for to the legal profession, but to help future lawyers better understand the journey.
Legal Path Decoded is an educational platform dedicated to helping aspiring lawyers understand the path to the legal profession. Many students reach college or the law school application process without ever being exposed to how the legal profession actually works. Through free resources and live workshops throughout the year, Legal Path Decoded helps future lawyers gain early exposure, understand the journey ahead, and approach the path to law school with greater clarity and confidence.
Tatiana Codner, Esq. is an attorney and the founder of Legal Path Decoded. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania and her law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Through Legal Path Decoded, she helps aspiring lawyers understand the path to the legal profession by providing guidance, exposure, and practical insight into the journey to law school and beyond.
